Common Minimum Programme for Qualitative Improvement of the Primary Education was first introduced in January 2008. It has completed 11 academic years since its introduction.
This programme requires developing support system in context to furnish Primary Resource Centre which is the largest available room in the Vidyalaya. All equipments eg. digital copier, 29” colour T.V., VCD/ DVD Player, OHP, LCD Projector, White Board, Magnetic Board, two computers with broadband connectivity placed in this room.
Monthly Contingent Fund is being drawn for 2000 Rs. for our Vidyalaya. This fund is being used for preparation of Teaching Learning Materials every month for Primary students.
Class Library in Primary Section is being developed with a variety of books to be placed in a transparent cupboard to inculcate the habit of reading among children.
There are various programmes have been designed under CMP for providing exposure to the children celebrated throughout the year. This calendar includes activities of CCA, Sports, Excursions, Community Lunch, Grand Parents Day, Film-Shows etc. Publication of News Letter became a regular feature in KV depicting various activities of children. Annual Health check-up with health disorders, long term medication and Blood Group maintained regularly in this Vidyalaya.
